Client Request Tracking
Unique to IT4BC is our web-based “Request Tracker” solution.  All registered clients have the ability to create new requests or monitor the status of any existing requests from their web browser. The client is notified via email each time the status of the request has been modified, throughout the duration of the support request. Our field service technicians log all services provided live on the Request Tracker using Pocket PC’s and our wireless connection to the web. There is no charge to our registered clients for the Request Tracking service.
